Description

Zehui Automatic Long Polyurethane Foam Making Machine Line For Mattress

The ZHMACH horizontal continuous foam machine is a horizontal continuous foam machine line for the manufacture of foams and soft foams for mattresses and sofas at low pressure. We use Siemens inverters/motors and American Viking pumps as well as some good spare parts to manufacture soft foams. The densities we can manufacture are D8-D100 and at densities above D23 we can add approximately 50% lime powder.

This automatic foaming machine is suitable for flexible polyurethane foams with densities from 8 to 80 kg/m3. It has a touch screen control system for a high degree of automation and more flexible operation. The user can store various recipes and adjust them at any time. In addition, it can be controlled remotely via the internet, making production costs more scientific and intuitive.

Application of PU Foam Making Machine:

It is widely used in furniture, bust, shoe materials, electronics, packaging, clothing, automobiles, aviation and other fields.
This production line has fully automatic computer control and manual dual-use control, more simple and convenient, and is quite an ideal equipment for medium-scale flexible polyurethane production enterprises.

How is the packing of the machine?

The entire machine will be nude packing. Some of the parts will be pack in wooden case. Others will be simple pack with paper or foam sheet with plastic film.

How many container will be needed for the whole set of machine?

For the standard YAFA-Automatic continous foam machine Total three containers is enough 2*40HQ+1*20GP. In order to save the place and the cost of delivery we will also put some parts that inside the raw material tank.

We will try the best way to pack all the machine well and also save the freight cost.
