Description:

The horizontal long sheet foam cutting machine adopts advanced frequency conversion system.
For sponge sheet cutting. Automatic number control. Easy to operate and accurate cutting. The machine can also be equipped with pressure rollers.

The automatic sheet foam cutting machine cuts the long foam block into pieces and automatically sets the thickness and then the main knife moves back and forth.
A fixed steel platform can be selected to increase the friction between the foam and the platform, improve the cutting effect, and increase the utilization rate of the sponge.

First, a design is created and optimized from the contents of the foam pack using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Once the design is complete, computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software is used to convert the design dimensions into detailed digital instructions for a CNC machine to understand. The file information must also be translated into a language that the CNC machine can understand. This language is called G-code.

G-code essentially tells the machine what to do, such as the size and depth of cut, and the toolpath to follow. Once the CNC machine has received the G-code and set up the appropriate milling cutter and material, it's time to cut the final product from the foam. The precise mechanism and sharp blades enable the operator to cut any shape from the foam as long as the thickness corresponds to the thickness of the material.
