Vacuum Gripper System Non-standard Special Customized Foam Vacuum Gripper MATD-SVK-1080X1000-20mm

1. Introduction:

This is customized according to customer's requirements. It is mainly used to simultaneous handling relatively large workpieces with extremely uneven surface, such as cartons, plastic parts, pipes.etc,it's applied to handling for all product.

2. Structure:

The foam (sponge) pad is shaped according to the shape of the product to be picked up. The surface of the product can be flat,rounded, twisted, or the texture can be rough, porous, molded, or even top open... no problem; rigid support evenly distributed over the sturdy entire surface allows the product to move at high acceleration! In applications where higher grip is required, the size of the holes in the foam can be increased and the internal ball valve can be adjusted for greater grip; a dedicated sponge for collecting all top open containers, cans, glass.

(1) Customizable 1080*1000mm: strong and wear-resistant, can best fit the concave-convex surface, and has extremely strong adsorption force;

(2) Vacuum clamp MATD-SVK:

  • Absorb all products (top opening, shrink packaging, etc.)
  • Whether it's a single component or an entire product, it can be adsorbed.
  • Applicable to all products (including lining paper and tray)
