Product Overview

1 Ton/Day Block Ice Machine

This machine can produce 1 ton of ice per day. Focusun direct refrigeration block ice machine adopts modular design. The direct cooling ice block machine is divided into a machine unit modular, evaporator modular and cooling tower modular; the evaporator modular is divided into many sets according to size of ice machine.

Features
1. The evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requirements.
2. Ice thawing and ice doffing automatic, reducing labor expenses and saving time and effort.
3. The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes.
4. The whole batch of ice blocks can be moved by forklift, quick and convenient.
5. Focusun block ice machines can be optionally equipped with an automatic ice transfer device. The ice moving shelf keeps
horizontal with the bottom of ice holding plate. Ice block will be put outside the machine automatically, making transport more
convenient.

Principle of ice making
Water will be added automatically to ice cans and directly exchange heat with refrigerant. After a certain ice-making time, the
water in the ice tank all becomes ice when the refrigeration system will change into ice doffing mode automatically. It doffs ice
with fluorine gas and the ice blocks will fall down in 25 minutes.




Advantage of the block ice
Large blocks of ice are very convenient in terms of storage, handling and transportation. This convenience is important for
small-scale fisheries and in relatively remote areas. In addition, block ice is less likely to melt and has the longest shelf life
compared to other ice types under the same environmental working conditions.
