Product Description

Solar power is the most clean and most durable energy. It combines the features of universal, harmless, huge and free. In tropical and subtropical regions, the sun is generally illuminated for more than 6-8 hours, which creates favorable conditions for solar energy to work as a driving device.


The solar energy will be transformed into electricity in advance and stored in the battery. When the cold room is running, the converted electricity will be used as the driving power, it is a new cold room con-struction idea. We highly recommend solar power cold room supplemented by a generator as backup program.

20FT solar powered containerized cold room Cold storage size: 4.70x2.25x2.25m, 24.8m3, capable of storing approx 10 tons chicken, meat or fish; if store fruits and vegetable which can store about 4tons. Above is based on inlet air temperature 35-38 Celsius;380V/3P/50HZ, R404a system,air cooling type, 16 pcs 300W solar panels, 12 pcs 200AH battaries; Germany Bock 2.5 HP compressor, Denmark Danfoss valve and France Schneider switches; Material Prefabricated sandwich PUF panels with Cam lock & PVC gaskets on all sides. All panels fit together by cam lock. Panel with grooves to increase trength.Wall ,ceiling & floor.

40FT solar powered containerized cold room
Cold storage size: 10.1x2.25x2.25m, 57.95m3, capable of storing approx 20 tons chicken, meat or fish. If store fruits and vegetables, can store about 10tons. Above is based on air temperature 35-38 Celsius; 380V/3P/50HZ, R404a system,air cooling type 26 pcs 300W solar panels, 30 pcs 200 AH battaries; Germany Bock 5 HP compressor, Denmark Danfoss valve and France Schneider switches; Material Prefabricated sandwich PUF panels with Cam lock & PVC gaskets on all sides. All panels fit together by cam lock. Panel with grooves to increase the strength. Wall , ceiling & floor all get together by the mentioned Arrangements ( Panel Thickness= 100 mm. PUF (polyurethane foam)
