Focusun four stage cooling system Our chillers can provide cold and icy water of constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure by our four-stage cooling system. The detailed working principle is listed in the table below: 1st cooling stage: The evaporative condenser is used to lower the temperature of natural water, reducing tropical high temperature water of 45℃ and above to 36℃. 2nd cooling stage: A plate or shell evaporator is used to lower the water temperature from 36℃ to 15℃ and to keep evaporative temperature at 10℃. The equipped compressor exhibits a good energy - efficiency ratio which can realize 4.2kw/hour. 3rd cooling stage: A plate or shell evaporator is used to lower the water temperature from 10℃ to 4℃; a constant evaporative pressure regulating valve sets the evaporative temperature at 0.5℃, creating a higher temperature difference of heat transmission that ensures a good heat transfer effect and avoids that the evaporator freezes and cracks. 4th cooling stage: Focusun's unique open-type dipped plate evaporator with gas anti-freezing technology completely prevents itself from freezing and cracking; a constant evaporative pressure regulating valve controls -5℃ evaporative temperature which can lower the water temperature from 4℃ to 0.5℃.

However, in continuous cooling processes where the load is relatively stable, a storage tank may not be necessary.

2. Can the discharge water be chilled below 1℃?
Response: It is technically possible to chill water below 1℃ using a chiller. However, it is essential to consider the risk of freezing the water, which could damage the chiller or the equipment connected to it. If sub-zero temperatures are required,
specialized chillers with antifreeze solutions or additional safeguards may be necessary.

3. What are available refrigeration systems?
Response: Various refrigeration systems are available for chillers, including R22, R404A, R134A, R507A.

4. What do I do in case of a power shortage?
Response: In the event of a power shortage, follow these steps:
a. Turn off the chiller and other electrical equipment to prevent damage from power fluctuations. b. Once power is restored, check the chiller's electrical connections and settings. c. Allow the chiller's compressor to rest for a few minutes before restarting to avoid strain on the system. d. 6. My machine is malfunctioning, but the PLC Control doesn't indicate the problem?
Response: If the machine is malfunctioning, but the PLC Control does not indicate any specific problem, there might be an issue with the sensors or communication between the components. Check the electrical connections, ensure all sensors are functioningcorrectly, and verify the PLC's programming. If you cannot identify the problem, seek assistance from a qualified technician familiar wi th the chiller's control system.

7. Why is the compressor disturbance indicator light on?
Response: The compressor disturbance indicator light could be on due to various reasons, such as:
a. High or low refrigerant pressure. b. Compressor motor overheating. c. Faulty compressor motor or electrical components. d. Blocked condenser or evaporator coils. e. Problems with the refrigeration cycle.
