Copper Aluminium Strip Winder Low Voltage Transformer Foil Winding Machine with TIG BRJ1000-2 can handle:

  • Copper foil strip with thickness from 0.2 mm to 2.0mm
  • Aluminium foil strip with thickness from 0.3mm to 3.0 mm
  • Maximum foil width 1000mm
  • Two layers of foil
  • Two layers of insulation paper

The transformer foil winding machine is provided with

  • two pieces of foil decoilers with pneumatic tension
  • two insulation decoilers, which can provide tension through pneumatic brake system
  • photoelectric sensors, which can rectify automatically when winding
  • pressing rollers to make the foil not reverse when the machine stops winding.
  • control system based on PLC to control the machine precisely
  • touch screen to make the operation easy and intuitive
  • Foot pedal, which can switch the rotating direction
