Description:

Factory Direct Selling Reactor Foil Coil Winding Machine For 800mm Width Foil BRJ800-2-2 is a core clamping foil winding machine, which is suitable for winding reactor foil coil and other similar products. This kind of foil winding machine adopts double 5.5kw servo motors to drive to makes two chucks have the same torque and ensures the drive stocks to wind synchronously. Two layers of copper or aluminium foil can be handled by this kind of foil winding machine. Moreover, some functions can be customized as requested.

Main Components:

  • Main frame: The frame is welded with steel, which is very strong;
  • Foil decoiler: This kind of foil winding machine is provided with two foil decoilers;
  • Pressing roller: The pressing roller is for feeding the foil before winding and pressing the foil after winding;
  • Winding unit: Two same power servo motors are used to driven the machine to wind the foil;
  • Insulation decoiler: This machine is provided with two insulation decoilers;
  • Edge alignment system: Photoelectric sensor is used to make the edge alignment;
  • Automatic welding unit: TIG welding process is used in this machine, anyway, some welding also can be chosen if you need;
  • Pneumatic unit: Pneumatic is used to drive cylinder for pressing unit, etc.
  • Electrical Control System: This system is used to control the machine.
