Brief Introduction

Flat And Round Copper Wire Automatic Coil Winding Machine With 4kw Motor Driven ZPX600 is one model of automatic coil winding machine developed by ourselves. This machine can be used to winding round or flat wire, the conductor can be copper wire or aluminium wire. This machine is provided with a 4kw motor as main winding motor to drive the winding shaft. The wire guide is driven by a 750w servo motor, which guarantees the precision of laying wire. The user friendly interface makes it easy to operate the machine. The foot pedal can be used to switch the winding shift’s rotating direction . The potentiometer on the screen board is used to adjust the winding speed of the winding shaft.
