General Information

Oil Transformer Semi Automatic Coil Winding Machine With 5.5kw Motor Driven GDY-2T is one of our simple and cheap transformer coil winding machine, which can wind the coil with max height 2000kgs. Round wire and flat wire can be wound with this machine. The finished coil can be used as high voltage transformer coil or low voltage transformer coils. The winding machine is provided with:

  • Main strong steel frame
  • Flange, the diameter of flange is optional
  • Tailstock, can be moved to be suitable different molds
  • Foot pedal, to control the winding and switch the rotating direction
  • Counter, counting the numbers of turns when winding
  • Control board, for presetting needed parameters
  • Winding motor with 5.5kw
  • Gear box, several gears to transmit the torque
  • Electrical cabinet
