Description

250mm Coil Height Automatic Transformer Winding Machine With PLC Control System ZPX250 is a special winding equipment for winding small medium transformer coils and other similar products. It adopts a 2.2 kw motor to drive to wind round wire or flat wire. A servo motor is also used to drive wire guide for laying wire when winding. The machine is provided with main winding motor, servo motor, VFD, and so on. The control system is based on PLC, this machine can run automatically as per the preset program, and this machine can save more than fifty winding programs. When winding the same specifications of coil, just calling the program, it is not necessary to input te parameters into the machine again, which significantly improve the working performance. This machine features slow starting, smooth running, high automation, full functions, and strong driving force, etc.
