Description

Magnetic Powder Tension Eight Axial Coil Stand For Placing Wire Reel FXJ-8 is a special coil stand for placing wire reels. With this kind of coil stand, eight wire reels can be placed on it at once. This coil stand can provide tension with magnetic powder. When the power is on, it can provide the tension, and the tension can be adjusted as requested. This coil stand can provide tension precisely and can be matched with different coil winding machines.

Main Components:

1. Main frame, steel welded frame, enough strong to bear the weight of maximum eight wire reels, the total weight can reach 1600kg

2. Shaft, the loading capacity is 200kg per shaft

3. Magnetic power, to provide tension when feeding the wires
