Description:

Practical Simple Copper Or Aluminium Foil Winding Machine For Reactor JJ-BRJ450-2 is a simple iron core clumping type reactor foil winding machine, which can wind the foil with max width 450mm. This kind of foil winding machine adopts two servo motors to drive the two drive stocks, which makes two end have the same torque to wind the foil, making the wound foil neat and even. This foil winding machine can count the number of turns. It is easy to operate.

Main Components:

1. Main frame, welded steel structure

2. Foil material decoiler, two decoilers with pressure rollers

3. Pressure roller, when stop winding, the roller will press on the foil to avoid the decoiler winding reversely

4. Main winding unit, total power 8kw provides strong pulling force

5. Insulation decoiler, two insulation decoiler to place insulation paper

6. Edge alignment system, to make the foil edge neat when winding
