Single Layer Simple Foil Winding Machine With Copper Strip For Dry Transformer JJ-BRJ300 is suitable for winding foil coils ,which can be used in cast resin transformers, reactors and other similar products. This kind of foil winding machine has many functions, such as automatic winding foil, mechanical rectifying deviation, tension controlling, reversible counting, setting number of turns for stopping, power off memory, and so on. The winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, tight winding, strong rotating force, and so on.

2. Foil decoiler, one foil decoiler is for placing foil with 500mm ID and 1000mm OD

3. Winding unit, 3kw motor driven the main shaft to wind the foil

4. Insulation decoiler, one insulation decoiler feeds insulation paper when winding

5. Pneumatic devices, provide power for the pneumatic components

6. Electrical control system, it is based on PLC
