Product Description

1200mm Height Transformer Coil Winding Machine With Automatic Laying Wire ZPX1200 is a kind of special equipment to be used to winding transformer coils and other similar products. The max height of the finished coil can be 1200mm, which can be used to manufacture big sized transformer. 0.75kw servo motor is used to driven wire guide, 5.5kw winding motor is used to drive the main square shaft, the rotating speed can reach 100 rpm. This winding machine can be used to wind different kinds of wire, such as copper wire, aluminium wire, flat wire and round wire to make different coils. The coil can be circle, oval and rectangular, etc. Wire guide is used to lay wire and insulation decoiler is with pneumatic brake to provide tension. With PLC based control system, it is very easy to operate the machine.

The coil winding machine features slow starting--from the starting, for the sake of safety, the rotating speed is very slow, after several seconds ( from 0 to 5 seconds), the rotating speed reaches the preset speed; smooth running, during running, the machine is very stable; full function, this winding machine has many functions, such as counting, laying wire, speed regulation, and so on, and high automation, PLC based control system provides the machine with many automation function.
