Description

Two Spindle Automatic Transformer Coil Winding Machine With Flat Or Round Wire ZPX500-2 adopts automatic wire laying technology, which can make the machine wind the wire turn by turn, this winding machine also uses tension technology to make the finished coil tight when winding. This machine is provided with servo motor to drive the wire guide to make the wire guide move precisely as per the preset parameter. 7.5kw main winding motor provide strong pulling force for the machine, which assure the machine wind big coils. The control system is based on PLC, which can make the machine to run as per the program, make the machine high automatic. Touch screen provides the machine with interface, the parameters can be input through the screen. This machine can wind two same specifications of coils, these coils can be used in transformer and other similar product.
