Heavy Duty Transformer Coil Winding Machine With 4kw Main Winding Motor ZPX1000 is composed of main winding motor, automatic wire laying unit, layer insulation unit, tension adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC based control system, and servo motors, etc. It can wind transformer coils and other similar products, the coil height can reach 1000mm. This winding machine is with laying wire function, with one 0.75kw servo motor driven, the wire guide can move precisely and make the wire laying well distributed. Pneumatic brake provides the machine with big tension, which can make the machine wind the coil tightly. This machine can count the number of turns and can count reversely. Touch screen interface makes it very easy to input the relevant parameters. It features easy to operate, reliable running, etc.
