1. Application

Automatic TIG Welding Aluminium Foil Coil Winding Machine For Dry Type Transformer BRJ1200-2 is mainly used to wind cast resin transformer coils and other similar products. This foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper or aluminium foil with max width 1200mm. The foil and insulation decoilers are provided with an pneumatic brake system, which applies a constant tension to the materials during the winding process. Photoelectric sensors are used to make the foil edge neat when winding.
