Product Description

Electronically Programmable Oil Type Transformer Winding Machine With PLC ZPX800 is mainly used to winding oil type transformer coil and other similar products. This kind of automatic transformer coil winding machine is provided with main winding motor with brake, automatic wire laying unit, layer insulation unit, tension adjustable decoiler, pneumatic system, PLC based control system, and servo motors, etc. Moreover, the machine can be designed and manufactured as per required.

This kind of transformer coil winding machine features slow starting, smooth running, full function, high automation, etc. It is programmable, and the number of the winding program is more than 50 pcs to meet different products needs. High automation assures operating the machine is very easy.
