Usage

PLC Control LV Transformer Foil Winding Machine for 1200mm Width Copper Strip BRJ1200-2 is one kind of special equipment, which is primarily used to

• wind copper foil strip
• wind aluminium foil strip
• winding of Cast Resin / Air Cooled transformers

This kind of foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of foil conductor, it can also handle one or two layers of insulation paper. TIG welding system is standard for this style of winding.(optional - Cold pressure welding). The control system is based on PLC, with high-tech control features, which make the operation of this machine very easy.

Features

1. Adoption of big power motor, the power of the motor is 15kw;
2. Adoption of pneumatic tension in foil decoiler and insulation decoiler, which can provide proper tension to make the wound coil tightly when wound;
3. Adoption of pressing roller unit to avoid the wound coil reverse;
