1) Description

One Layer Foil Winding Machine With TIG Welding For Dry Type Transformer BRJ600 is one kind of professional equipment to make foil coils for dry type transformer. This foil winding machine can handle one layer of conductor foil coil, including copper foil coil and aluminium foil coil, and one or two layers of insulation paper. Touch screen user interface make the operating machine very easy. Operators only need input some relevant parameter on touch screen, then pressing the foot pedal, the machine will wind the foil automatically as per requested. Moreover, this foil winding machine is with rolling shear to cut the foil, TIG welding unit to welding the foil with bus bar, clearer for clearing the foil surface, and so on.
