Brief Introduction

PLC Automatic Wire Coil Winding Machine For LV And HV Oil Immersed Transformer ZPX600 is a special winding equipment for winding different shapes of coil, these coils can be used in transformers, reactors, and other similar products. The winding machine is provided with main winding motor with 4kw power to drive winding shaft, 0.75kw servo motor to drive wire guide, pneumatic brake to provide tension, wire guide to lay wire, and so on. Coloured touch screen is a user friendly interface for inputting parameters and check the machine’s running. Foot pedal can be used to control the machine’s running and switch the rotating direction. Moreover, when the machine rotating backward, the counter can count the turns reversely. With these automation functions, it is very easy to operate the machine.
