Description

Two Winding Spindle Automatic Coil Winding Machine With 7.5kw Motor Driving ZPX500-2 is one kind of high efficiency winding equipment, it can wind 2 coils at once. This machine adopts servo motor driven wire guide, which guarantees the wire laying precision. With big enough torque, 7.5kw power motor is used to drive the winding shaft. The control system is based on PLC. The machine’s behaviour can be done through different programs. This machine can store more than fifty different programs to meet different needs. Big sized touch screen shows different parameters when winding, moreover, the parameters can be input on the screen directly. It is very easy to operate.

Main Features

The coil winding machine has strong pulling force, which comes from a 7.5kw motor. Servo motor driven wire guide makes the wire laying precisely. Moreover, the machine features slow starting, smooth running, full function, high automation, etc.
