Brief Introduction

Automatic Wire Winder Small Coil Winding Machine With Auto Guiding Device ZPX600 is one special winding equipment for winding small sized transformer coil or other similar products. This winding machine can wind the coil with maximum height 600 and maximum outer diameter 500mm. The winding machine can be used to wind round wire with the diameter from 0.2mm to 3.0mm, and the maximum winding speed can reach 400 rpm. The wire guide is driven by a 750w servo motor, which guarantees the precision starting and stopping action. According to the parameters preset, the wire guide can move and switch moving direction automatically.
