Microwaveable High Temperature Stand Up Food Grade Retort Pouch Packaging Bag

Matepacking Ltd’s retort pouches are constructed from varying grade films which are laminated together. Material structure includes high barrier aluminium material or microwaveable clear material, the retort pouch could withstand temperatures ranging from 120℃ to 135℃ and provides the moisture-proof, oxygen-proof, strength, toughness, puncture and burst resistance that enable them to withstand the strenuous retort process.

High Temperature Retort Bag

This is a retort bag with special material, used for pasteurization, sterilization & microwave.

Quality Control Processes

4. Meanwhile,artificial olfactory test are in progress

5. Pouches must pass QC report to get "Conformity" before shipment

6. Retort bags must put in Boiled Hot pot to cook
