Production Line

1. Material

1.1 Extrusion Process

Heating the raw material aluminum rods and aluminum ingots to 540℃ by a high-temperature machine and extruding the required aluminum shape by pressing the machine and the module of required shape.

1.2 Cutting, Straightening Processing

Straighten the aluminum piece and cut off the excess. During the straightening process, the aluminum thickness will be slightly affected, so thickness will have a tolerance range.

1.3.1 Finishing - Oxidation Processing

a) Previous Treatment: After the workpiece is clamped, it will be sent to the water or pickling tank to remove dirt, oil, dust, and rust on the surface of the material.

b) Oxidation Treatment: Through the electrolytic reaction, forme a protective film on the surface of the material, the purpose is to make the surface of the aluminum material shiny, and not easy to turn black. Through Oxdiation, there are three basic colors: colorless (silver of aluminum), black, and brown.

c) After Treatment:There will be a large number of holes on the surface of the oxidized aluminum material,we'll through the sealing groove treatment to solve it (there are two kinds of treatments, hot sealing and cold sealing), the surface also can prevent from become sticky hand.

1.3.2 Finishing - Sandblasting Processing

Some high-end clients will use sandblasting,it can make your products become more advanced.

1.4 Plastic parts

We have our own injection molding machine, so most of the plastic parts of the ladder are made by ourselves, mainly PP / PVC / PS materials. If the customer has a special color, a certain MOQ is required, because the injection molding machine needs to be cleaned, which is time-consuming and expensive.

This process including punching, bending and other metal processing.

4. Inspection and package
4.1 Inspection Processing

There will be a pc by pc check process on the assembly line to check the main functions. We also have spot check on the finished product will also be . Except this ,we also has our own testing equipment to test the elongation, strength, or stepping / load-bearing / deformability of the finished product.

4.2 Finished product package

Small ladders are directly packed by heat-shrinked and film wrapped; large ladders will be protected by caps at the joints, then packed by heat-shrinked and film-wrapped. There also have some high-end clients will need color box .
