Product Description

The potato chips is one kind of snack processed from fresh potato chips after washing,peeling, slicing, frying
and flavoring. It remains the special delicious flavor of roasted potato and has the characteristics of rich nutrition,
delicious, convenient on the other and
thus won the favor of the consumer.

Specifications

  1. This is fully automatic production line to produce potato chips from fresh potatoes.
  2. The main body is made up of stainless 304.
  3. Labor needed: one person only.
  4. Electricity power requirement is 380V/50Hz/three-phase.
  5. The blanching time and frying time are adjustable according to potato chips condition.
  6. This production line can also be used to produce sweet potatoes, bananas, yam, etc
  7. The cutting machine can cut the potato sticks of thickness 2-10mm, it is adjustable.

Attentions

1. Place machine on the flat ground; trundles of wheeled machine should be locked if there is need to move it.

2. Make sure the feeding mouth equipped on machine should not be blocked by foreign objects,

3. Connect the ground wire and suitable power box based on required voltage described on the labels.

4. Keep hands away from the feeding mouth and outlet of machine when it is operating.

5. Cut power first to stop running machine before dismantling and cleaning the parts.

6. be careful when dismantling and cleaning the cutter and other sharp part

7. Circuitry part is forbidden to clean.
