1. Production line Description:
Fried Kurkure Cheetos Snacks Food Extruder Making Machinery is a special extruded snack with extreme crispy taste. The main raw material is corn grits which is mixed with water evenly by the flour mixer, squeezed and twisted by the extruder to form the iregular curls shape, and then cut into different length, at last fried or baked and flavored. Such snacks with rich taste are always the customer's favor.

2. Raw materials:
Corn, rice, millets, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients. Please note that all the materials should be in powder(flour) or grits form.

1, The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.

2, The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating.

3, The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.

4, Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
