300g package 3mm wide white color Asian noodles dry udon soba noodle

Description:

Soba ( "buckwheat") is a thin Japanese noodle made from buckwheat. The noodles are served either chilled with a dipping sauce, or hot in a noodle soup. The variety Nagano soba includes wheat flour.

Cooking Direction:

Take proper portion noodles and pour into boiled water for three minutes.

Take noodles out and drain it by cool water

Pour noodles into a bowl for ready use

Mix bonito flake soup, sesame paste, mirin and soy sauce into a container and stir into thick paste.

Cut fresh cucumber, nori, egg cake into strips and sprinkle on noodles

Spread the ready paste and stir noodles to uniformity.
