1. Description: Corn flakes are a popular breakfast cereal manufactured by twin-screw extruder or single screw extruder through the treatment of flakes of grain, served with milk and marshmallows, were a very popular food among the families.

2. Raw materials: adopts maize,wheat,oats, corn flour as raw materials

3. Products: This line can be used to produce corn flakes, breakfast cereals, snacks by adjusting the moulds from extruder

is an important part of this line; the design makes sure high quality products can be produced.
It contains a material distributor for avoiding materials geminated.
The two rollers for pressing materials are made of high rigidity metal.
It also has automatic chilling system and can be adjusted very easily.
This equipment is easy using and highly automated.

1.Where is your company situated?

Our factory located in Jinan, Shandong Province, China.
You can take plane to Jinan International Airport, or take high-speed rail to Jinan West Station , Jinan Station ,we will pick you up to our factory.

2.What is your payment term?

You can transfer the payment via T/T. Generally, 30% advance to start to produce, 70% balance should be paid before shipping.

3. What capacity do you want ?
We have different capacity like 100kgs/hr. Please tell your requirement about the capacity so will make exact quotation for you.

During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller’s cost (FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
