Fully automatic corn flakes food production line -- adopts American Extrusion technology, it takes corn powder, rice powder etc as raw materials , through t screw rotary head extruder direclty expanding out twist corn

curls.

-After this it will be processed with dryer or fryer to get final crispy cheetos snacks.

The processing line is foodstuff equipment researched and developed on the basis of

international advanced technology.

-The performance and quality have reached the highest international level of the same

line. From feeding materials, extruding and inflating, roasting, spraying to finished products

are done once time with automation.

-We fill the gap of the first-class food produced with extruded and inflated technology.

Function .

-This processing line can be used to produce different sizes of cheetos snacks, the size

and thickness can be adjusted .

1) Capacity: 150-500kg/h 2) Raw material: corn powder, rice powder etc.

1) Stable performance: adopting imported frequency or electromagnetic controlling system,

1.Where is your company situated?

Our factory located in Jinan, Shandong Province, China.
You can take plane to Jinan International Airport, or take high-speed rail to Jinan West
Station , Jinan Station ,we will pick you up to our factory.

2.What is your payment term?

You can transfer the payment via T/T. Generally, 30% advance to start to produce,
70% balance should be paid before shipping.

3. What capacity do you want ?
We have different capacity like 100kgs/hr. Please tell your requirement about the capacity so will make exact quotation for you.

If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
