Soybean textured protein process line/Soya textured protein production line is specially designed with our rich experiences on food industry for over ten yeas. It adopts nonfat soybean powder as main material to produce all kinds of bean protein food and vegetable meat, which are nutritional and easily absorbed by human body. They look like muscle and have the sense of mastication. Bean protein food is widely applied in many industries, such as can, seasoning, ham, meat, cooking etc.
Process flow:
1 Flour mixer → 2 Vacuum feeder → 3 Double-screw extruder SLG65-F→ 4 Air conveyor → 5 7-layer drier→ 6 Cooling conveyor
Feature:
1 With adopting the latest Italy design concept to do proper improvement for the structure of screw and barrel to make sure that screw won’t grind inside the barrel. This will not only extend their use life, and also avoid the grind iron scrap mixing into the material.
2 Unique design of the diversion-cone enables the uniform discharging, and pressure equalizing for the discharge point of the die.
3 The rational barrel and screw cooling structure and effective heating unit assure the accuracy of temperature control.
