V FINDER metal separator is used for detecting and separating metal contamination that are mixed with plastic raw materials, including magnetic metal or non-magnetic metal ( such as copper,aluminum and stainless steel etc.). Since metal may mix with the old waste materials in the process of recycling, which eventually will cause production accidents, increase the times of maintenance and repair. Those problems finally will raise the cost and affect production efficiency. Compared with human feeding, vacuum feeding machine can automatically feed, thus can save labor cost, and it suits for customers with big production requirements. Besides, this product has good quality, a strong suction and reliable. And automatic feeding can be realized.

Features:

1. Collection of detection coil, controller, separation device. Easy to operate and install.
2. It can save losses of material, because rejection board rapidly rejects unqualified material
3. Low height of installation, easy for integrity;
4. Properties of detection material: dry, good liquidity, no long fiber, no conductivity;
5. Temperature of detection material: less than 80℃;If exceeds 80℃, can choose special components.
6. Controller can be installed around detection place about 10m.
7. Protection level: IP65
8. It is mainly used for detection of loose granule materials(8mm). Those materials fall into detection coil with gravity. The machine can be applied in plastic, food, chemical industry and so on.
