Silent box design standard

All silent units are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with European CE standards, fully reflecting safety and humanity. The lifting unit is equipped with lifting holes for easy lifting. The unit can be equipped with electronic preheating devices, air cooling systems and sand control devices under various harsh conditions such as cold regions, hot regions and deserts.

Control screen operating system

It has an opening door and a control observation window, which is easy to install, observe, maintain and operate. The control system of the generator and the components of the electrical control system of the engine are centrally configured and installed in the control box for full operability, overall performance and safety protection. The controller integrates technologies such as digitization, intelligence and networking, with no processor as the core, advanced technology, multiple languages to choose from, and stable performance. It is suitable for automatic control and system monitoring of the unit, realizing automatic start and stop of generator set, data detection, alarm protection and “three remote” function.

Base fuel tank and oil supply device

The unit has a built-in daily base fuel tank and a convenient fuel filler and oil level detection system, which can conveniently fill oil and observe the use of fuel, and can be connected to the fuel tank for long-term continuous operation. The lubricating oil drain is delivered to the outside of the silent box.

Silent box safety device

Leakage protection device: It is equipped with a highly safe NFB (non-fuse) leakage protection device. When the generator side or load side leakage is sensed, it will instantaneously cut off the circuit and alarm. The device also has overload protection function. High temperature protection: high temperature mark and high temperature alarm device are installed at high temperature, and the operation of the unit is realized through man-machine interface operation, which avoids the damage caused by direct contact between human and unit. Automatic alarm system: equipped with monitoring system and emergency stop device, the alarm uses light alarm and audible alarm, durable and reliable. Equipped with a shut-off circuit when the engine is in emergency stop, completely eliminating the risk of electric shock that may occur during restart.
