Product Description
*Electric cake commercial best sale donut making equipment, we have 3 style ,producing mini donut. Middle donut, large donut (to make the thick or thin donuts ,you just adjust the inside diameter to do ). Each style machine has 2 parts controller. One is for the shaping donut. The other is for the boiling. Making donuts have 2 models: making one donut or two. and make this choice by a controller on top of machine
*The temperature of oil in the slot will be controlled by controller which keep temperature system.
*you can turn to choose your time easier. Production-line will roll the shaped donuts for collecting
Characteristics
*It is made of selected high-quality stainless steel, with high hardness, durability, anti rust and beautiful appearance, suitable for long time operation.
*Automatic calculation system, one key blanking emptying/cake inspection function.
*The thickness of the doughnut is adjusted at three levels. Meet multiple choices of the same pattern size and different thicknesses.
*Three sets of moulds of different sizes, with the forming size of 30~120MM. It can meet various choices of doughnut size.
Materials and methods for making doughnuts
Ingredients: 200g high gluten flour, 25g egg liquid, 4g yeast, 110g milk, 25g sugar, 2g salt.
1. Heat the milk to about 40 ℃, dissolve the yeast, and let it stand for a few minutes. Mix all the raw materials evenly, add oil, knead into dough, and knead for more than ten minutes until the expansion stage.
2. Put the dough bag in a warm place and ferment to twice the size. Take it out and exhaust the air. Relax for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a 1cm square cake. Use the mold to print the doughnut shaped cake embryo on it. Put it into the fermentation tank for secondary fermentation for 40 minutes (set temperature: 35, humidity: 65). The specific fermentation state depends on the specific fermentation state, that is, gently press it with your finger. If it does not rebound, it means that the fermentation is not in place. If it bounces quickly, It means that the fermentation has been excessive, and only when it bounces slowly can the fermentation be considered as good.
3. When the oil is 70% or 80% hot (at 180 ° C), put it into the oil pan. After the fierce reaction, fry the opposite side for about 30 seconds, and then start the pan to filter the oil
