Lyophilization Machine​ Description
The vacuum freeze drying machine is an advanced method for the material for the material de-watering. It has been very famous for its good results and special capturing water alternatively. It freezes the moisture material in the low temperature and makes the water inside sublimate directly in the vacuum condition.
Then it collects the sublimated vapor by means of the condensing way so as to dewater and dry the material.
Intuitively, freeze-drying is to cool down and freeze the material containing a lot of water into solid in advance. Then the water vapor is directly sublimated from the solid under vacuum conditions, while the substance itself remains in the ice shelf when it is frozen.
Therefore, its volume remains unchanged after drying, and it is loose and porous. The whole drying is carried out at a lower temperature.

Drying silo body
The drying silo body is round, the front end is open, the material trolley enters and exits from the fron51 16 # channel steel) and base. The chamber body is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The reinforcing rib and base outside the silo are made of carbon steel.
PLC control module
Siemens PLC control module, good man-machine interface, centralized, intuitive and convenient operation. It is equipped with emergency stop switch, general leakage protection switch, overtemperature alarm, and automatic power cut-off and alarm in case of sensor failure.
Radiant heating
Radiant heating: the water is heated by the heat exchanger and led to the heating plate in the cabin for heating. The water is always in circulation during the heating process.
Tubular cold trap
The cold trap is a tubular cold trap, which is horizontally arranged at the rear of the drying silo. The diameter of the cold trap cylinder is the same as that of the drying silo cylinder
The diameter is consistent, and the cold trap and drying bin are separated by electric stainless steel shutters. The cylinder body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the reinforcement and base outside the cylinder body are made of carbon steel.
