Product Description

Structure of juicer:

It is composed of front support, feeding hopper, screw, filter screen, juice container, rear support, slag discharge groove and other parts. The left end of the screw main shaft is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw to work through a pair of triangular belt pulley.

Operation and maintenance:

1.Operation:

After the crusher and juicer is started up and enters into normal operation, the slag discharge clearance of the hand wheel and nut of the juicer shall be maximized, and then the clearance shall be gradually reduced according to the slag discharge condition. After meeting the process requirements, the hand wheel and nut shall be fixed. In the process of operation, if the crusher does not discharge material, clean it with slag removal rod.

2.Maintenance:

After each shift, the filter screen must be washed with clean water and brush, and the dregs in the machine should be removed manually. If there are fruits and vegetables with more fiber, the screen should be washed once more depending on the production situation. After pressing, all machines should be cleaned with hot water.
