Product Description:
Bowl Cutter is usually used to cut and mix the meats, vegetables, fruits together with seasonings/flavorings or some other necessary food additives, and finally produce the meat mince/meat paste. Meanwhile, cold water or ice also can be added into the materials, to lower the temperature raised by high-speed cutting, and keep the original taste of food as much as possible.
Its function is mainly reached by both high-speed rotating knives and slow-speed rotating bowl.
There are 2 types for the Bowl Cutter/Bowl Chopper/Meat cut-mixer: with Vacuum & without Vacuum.
