Zizi is manufacturer of steel pipe fittings. According to manufacture standards or customer demands, we supply Forged Socket Weld Fittings, Forged Threaded Fittings, Buttweld Fittings and Forged Flanges for industrial application.

Zizi integrates more than 5 enterprises from raw materials to transportation, becoming a set of complete and reliable supply systems based on a scientific and logical management.

Our company lays a great stress on the techincal reform. We imports the advanced productive facilities and solves lots of difficulties of production.

As a professional manufacturer, we have our own fabrication plant which can offer custom service as per drawings. It helps a lot in saving the products cost and delivery time. The factory covers area of 12,000 square meters and has a total investment 60 million Yuan. It owms over 100 employees and 20 professional technicians. We are of the abundant technical force, the advanced productive equipments and the complete testing means.

The forging and processing equipments include automatic band sawing, bar cutting machines, forging presses, forging machine ring, box-type resistance furnace, CNC lathes, vertical lathes and drilling machines totally more than 200 pieces. We also equipped with quenching and coating devices such as stainless steel high-temperature hardening furnace and 3PE anti-corrosive production line.

For testing, we have twenty-five sets of NDT equipments including Magnetic particle inspection machines, UT machines and Utrasonic thickness testing equipment, together with hydraulic test machine, WE-1000A hydraulic omnipotent experimental machine and full set of microscopic analysis equipment and other physical and chemical instruments (ARL3460 Spectrograph) as well. The QA/QC person will insure products 100% pass the inspection. The products appearance is also covered in the inspection.

We built the first warehouse of our own for storing, marking, blasting and painting.

We have another warehouse in Shanghai. There we store some stainless steel pipe fittings and forged fittings in commonly used sizes.
