We make low temperature carbon steel (LTCS) ASTM 420 WPL6 Buttweld Pipe Fittings from seamless and welded pipes, that is according to the standard of ANSI / ASME B16.9. They are mostly used for pressure piping applications. Our LTCS butt weld pipe fittings limit types of localized corrosion and are indispensable to applicatons requiring compact but flexible seals. Advantage of LTCS Butt Welding Fittings

Butt welding pipe fittings such as carbon steel and stainless steel offer many advantages compared to threaded and socketweld fittings. The later are only available up to 4-inch nominal size whereas butt weld fittings are available in sizes from ½” to 80”.
