The dimensions and tolerances of threaded fittings in accordance with ANSI/ASME B16.11 as follow table. We will know if the products are qualifed based on it.
When the threaded fittings are finished manufacutering, our workers will do the marking which cover product name, type, material grade, size, pressure ratings, thread type, standard and heat No.
After the marking, they will surface them with anti-rust oil againest the rust duing the shipment, then start to package after done that. Firstly, wrapped them with plastic foam. Secondly, lining up them into carons and make a list. Finally put all cartons into woode case and stick the shipping mark.
