Compact design with a mounting base makes it easy to install the transducer, 1000ohms high resistance minimizes the heat emission and improves long term stability. Miniature size enables button load cell FCCF applicable for appliations where mounting space is limited. A Load Cell is a transducer that converts force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell. Load Button Load Cell FCCF is designed to measure force in compression direction,outputs millivolt signal within 0~22.5mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into -5-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output which is proportional to applied force.The amplified output then can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.

Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Button Load Cell FCCF is normally around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of Miniature Load cell FCCF is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Compression Type Force Sensor FCCF is normally within 0…+22.5mV.
Example: Micro Compression Load Cell FCCF-50N with 1.5mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is 0mV...+15mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Mini Button Type Compression Load Cell FCCF-100N working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-100N compression force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 10N compression load, 2V output corresponds to 20N compressive force, and so on.
