Smallest Tension Load Cell 10N 20N 50N 100N 200N Smallest Tension Force Sensor
Smallest Tension Load Cell FLAE is made of stainless steel utilizing strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.2% non-linearity of rated output. Smallest Force Transducer FLAE offers 0-10N / 0-20N / 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N five rated capacities to choose from. M3 threaded holes located on two sides of the transducer can be used to mount attachments or implements to adapt to different force measurement cases, miniature column type load cell FLAE can be used for both tension and compression force measurement. Stainless steel construction, compact size, bidirectional force measurement, high accuracy, Smallest Tension Force Sensor FLAE offers a perfect mixture for applications such as wire tension control, force distribution analysis, automated control, cylinder thrust measurement, assembly force monitoring, spring testing, ultrasonic welding clamp force control and so on. In addition to the standard specifications, Forsentek is also capable of providing custom design service to meet requirements of different applications.

A Force Sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into mV signal proportional to the applied force. The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element, the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge, under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Smallest Tension Load Cell FLAE is around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Smallest Tension Force Sensor FLAE is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Smallest Tension Force Transducer FLAE is normally within -24mV...+24mV for tension/compression force measurement.
Example one:Miniature Compression And Tension Load Cell FLAE-10N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
Example two: Micro Force Transducer FLAE-20N with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC,the output range is -20mV...+20mV.
A signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Miniature Force Load Cell FLAE-100N working with -10-10V amplifier, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-100N compression load VS 0-10V output,0-100N tension load VS 0-(-10V) output, when you get 5V output,it means the current load is 50N compression force, when you get -1V output,it means the current load is 10N tension force, and so on.
