Flanged Micro Compression Sensor FCFK offers 0-10N / 0-20N / 0-50N / 0-100N / 0-200N / 0-500N / 0-1kN / 0-2kN eight measuring ranges to choose from, flange to flange mounting, compact design, you may find micro force transducer FCFK applicable for compression force measurement applications where mounting space is limited, such as fixture clamping force measurement, assembly force monitoring, force distribution test, force simulator, etc.. Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Pinch Load Cell FCFK is normally around 2.0mV/V.
Power supply of Pinch Force Sensor FCFK is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Compression Type Force Transducer FCFK is normally within 0…+30mV.
Example one: Miniature Clamping Load Cell FCFK-100N with 2.0V/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC,the output range is 0mV...+10mV.
Example two: Miniature Flanged Load Cell FCFK-200N with 2.0mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC,the output range is -0mV...+20mV.
The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver 0~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example one: Micro Pinch Load Cell FCFK-10N working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V,the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-10N pinch force VS 0-10V output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 1N pinch load, 2V output corresponds to 2N clamping force, and so on.
Example two: Miniature Clamping Load Cell FCFK-20N working with amplifier FSC(4-20mA)-24V,the Force-Current relationship will be 0-20N clamping force VS 4-20mA output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 4mA output corresponds to “0” load, 5.6mA output corresponds to 2N clamping force, 12mA output corresponds to 10N clamp force, and so on.
Load cell FCFK can also work with digital indicator FPT to deliver below functions:
