High Accuray Load Cell FHPT offers 100kg / 150kg / 200kg / 300kg / 500kg / 600kg six rated capacities to choose from,Stain gauge technology and temperature compensation process for high accuracy with maximum 0.017% non-linearity of the full scale. It is corner trimmed for platform sizes up to 800x800mm,and optimised for out of center load sensitivity, this ensures that there will be no measurement error when the load is placed off centre, eg in a corner of a platform. Waterproof load cell FHPT is made of stainless steel and laser welded with IP69K ingress protection level to deliver high accuracy and stable measuring results under harsh working conditions such as outdoor applications and food industry with regular washdowns.Platform Load Cell FHPT is interchangeable with ptglobal loadcell PTSSP6-GW, Anyload model 651KSCS, scaime AK 300, Soehnle SEB56B with lower cost but uncompromised quality. A Load Cell is a transducer that converts mechanical load into electrical signal which is proportional to the load being applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell which is normally within 0-30mV for model FHPT. Overloading is the most common cause of loadcell failure, and it is irreversible.A load sensor is just like a spring in certain aspects, which will be damaged if overstretched or overloaded, so prevent the transducer from bending too much is the important part. A machanical stop to prevent excessive deformation of the sensor body can be used for overloading protection, the deformation space can be determined by loading the sensor with rated capacity, then adjust the meachnical stop to reach the bottom of the transducer. In most cases, the load transducer will be used to measure load much smaller than the rated capacity, thus the deformation space can be adjusted using reference load which is a bit higher than the maximum load to be measured instead of the rated capacity.
