Tension Compression Force Sensor FFE offers 0-2kN / 0-3kN / 0-5kN / 0-10kN / 0-20kN / 0-30kN / 0-40kN / 0-50kN / 0-60kN nine rated measuring ranges to choose from, Flange Load Cell FFE can be used for both tension and compression force measurement. Stainless steel construction, flange design, compact size, bidirectional force measurement, Flange Force Transducer FFE offers a perfect force measuring solution for applications such as wire tension control, force distribution analysis, automated control, cylinder thrust measurement, assembly force monitoring, spring testing, ultrasonic welding clamp force control, hand press force verification,and so on. The output signal of model FFE is normally within -25mV...+25mV. A load cell amplifier can be used to convert mV singal into -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: Compression Force Transducer FFE-50kN working with amplifier FSC(0-5V)-24V,the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-50kN compression load VS 0-5V output, 1V voltage corresponds to 10kN compression load, 3V voltage corresponds to 30kN compression force,and so on.
