Quality Control Classification for Forwa

Plastic injection molding is a complicated manufacturing process which involves a lot of equipment, technology and personnel from raw materials to finished products. To ensure that defective parts do not flow into the hands of customers, we must inspect and control them in accordance with the requirements of ISO documents. Here is the quality inspection classification for Forwa.

1. Incoming quality Inspection means the inspection of raw materials, related components and outsourced processing parts.

2. FAI(The First Article Inspection) means the inspection of the products that have just been produced in the early stage of production or when the injection molding conditions are relatively changed. Its main purpose is to make the first article meet the requirements of the drawings to avoid large-scale waste.

3. Patrol Inspection means the inspection tour during the production process due to the fluctuations in product quality,changes in the external environment and the stability of the machine. The requirements of the products are different, so the inspection frequency is also different.

4. Warehousing Inspection means the inspection of the parts quality in the warehouse. We should check the parts in the warehouse are qualified. And the products should be produced and put into storage on the same day to avoid accumulation of products on the plant.

5. Shipment Inspection means the inspection of the parts quality before shipment. To avoid the flow of defective products to customers, it must be inspected again before shipment.
