Quality Control

Basing on ISO 9001:2005 management system, we have strict control on the products quality.

Preproduction Control

At this period, we will have regular meetings with related department to discuss the client's requirements once the order is confirmed. For example, Quality requirements,packaging ,delivery lead, and the control point of product is considerate. This will help us to have a good understanding for the clients' requirements on the products before production.

During Production Control
At this period, QC will work at site to monitor the whole production, including incomming materials inspection, parts machining specification inspection, workers mutual inspection ,packaging inspection etc. After closers assembly is finished, QC will draw at random some percentage products to test closers function, such as opening moment, closing moment, efficiency and so on. Though the step control of each procedure, we could control the products quality well.
Our salesman will regularly go to workshop to inspect the products during production to check if it is in conformity with client's requirements.

Delivery Control & After-Service

Our salesman will be at site to monitor the loading of goods to container. we will respond clients at first time once there is feedback from our clients.
