Description

Used to automatically separate stacks of packaging bags or cards and convey single piece onto the conveyor belt so as to facilitate TIJ,CIJ,DOD or laser coding device .

1.Our friction feeders are ideally suited for the feeding and separation of flat products such as leaflets, inserts, pouches and blisters.

2.Closed loop stepper motor provides infinite flexibility to vary the speed Replacing the feed belts can be carried out in less than half an hour

3.Separate frame assembly makes feed belt replacement quick and easy

4.Can cooprate with the labeling machine and inkjet printer,let the machine more effecient

1. Imported variable frequency stepless speed regulator, high speed automatic paging 60-600pcs/min

2. Can automatically count, or can set the quantities of pages to be seperated automaticlly, until when the required quantity of pages to seperated is reached, the machine stops automatically, the setting range is 1-9999(need to be shared with the signals of coding machine or laser machine).

3. High paging speed, high positioning accracy and high production efficiency.

4. Reasonable structure design, common to desktop and vertical type, and simple and quick replacement of.
