Twin screw extruder is mainly used to produce PVC,WPC material products.PVC poweder resin is used as raw material.

Twin screw extruder can be used to produce PVC pipe,PVC plate,PVC sheet,PVC pelletizing and so on.

Crusher (crushing the edge of board trimmed) → Miller (milling the scraps into powder → Mixer (mixing the main materials and additives) → SJSZ 80/156 Twin Conical Screws Extruder → Mould → Lamination unit → Three-calender unit → Cooling Bracket → Hual-off Machine → Edge Cutting → Cutter → Stacker .
